Lift and Slide Doors are similar to Sliding Patio Doors except they feature a Lift and Slide system which makes it easier to open and enables even wider spans of entrance to be achieved. Turkington Aluminium Patio Doors are perfect for huge glazing spaces with each panel up to 3m wide.
The inherent load-bearing capacity of aluminium allows patio doors to be made with a higher percentage of glass area than other materials, allowing more natural light into your home.
Inline sliders are perfect for applications where it is desirable not to have door leaves open in or out of a room. Our customers also love them because they offer a far larger glass area than a set of French doors or Aluminium Bi-Folding alternatives.
Turn the handle through 180 degrees to raise the door on its track slightly to reduce friction and allow the doors to move smoothly and easily. Then when the sliding doors are where you want them, turn the handle back and the door will settle securely back down on the track again.
